The holidays and the year end are fast approaching and we hope you all are able to spend some quality time with family and friends. Please note that Brain Restoration Clinic's offices will be closed for the holidays during the following dates:
Christmas & New Year - Noon Thursday, December 18 - 9:00am Tuesday, January 6
As always, if you have an urgent medical need, please contact your primary care provider, go to an urgent care clinic or emergency room, or call 911.
Important Portal information: Sending a portal message is the preferred form of communication with the office. To avoid duplicate work for the staff, please do not use multiple forms of communication for the same message. (i.e. Please do not send an email or leave a voicemail with the same question that was sent in a portal message.)
** For the safety of our computer system, when uploading documents, please be sure they are in PDF format. Documents in all other formats may be rejected.**
After Hours Urgent Messaging Policy
Our physicians do not provide after hours urgent services. Brain Restoration Clinic physicians are not primary care physicians and do not maintain emergency hours or provide emergency / urgent care. Patients with a life-threatening emergency should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Patients with non-life-threatening but urgent medical needs should contact their primary care provider or an urgent care center.
