An important message from the Twin Doctors — October 15, 2026
Dear Patients and Families,
As of October 15, 2026, Brain Restoration Clinic (BRC) has completed its final day of clinical care.
For thirteen years, it has been a privilege to care for you and your families. We are deeply grateful for your trust and for allowing us to accompany you through so many important—and sometimes difficult—chapters of your lives.
As we close the clinic and turn our full attention toward Brain Restoration Academy, we want to make your next steps as clear as possible.
1. What This Means for Your Medical Care
- Clinical services have ended. BRC is no longer providing appointments, individualized medical advice, review of test results, or prescription refills or adjustments.
- Please contact your primary care provider or new treating clinician for ongoing care, prescriptions, test results, new or changing symptoms, and other medical needs.
- Through October 31, 2026, our staff will handle administrative matters only, including records requests, records transfers, and account-related questions. The patient portal will be monitored for records requests only through October 31; clinical questions cannot be addressed there.
- The BRC office permanently closes October 31, 2026. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

3. Our Next Chapter: Brain Restoration Academy (BRA)
Although our clinical work has concluded, our commitment to helping families understand complex brain–body conditions continues through Brain Restoration Academy (BRA)—our physician-led educational platform.
BRA offers learning and community, not medical care. Participation is entirely optional.

4. Educational Consultations for BRA Members
We plan to begin offering separately paid educational consultations on Tuesday, November 17, 2026.
These sessions will be available to BRA members who have an established treating provider and have completed a signed educational-consultation agreement.
These consultations are educational—not medical appointments. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or ongoing medical care, and they do not establish a physician–patient relationship.
Booking information will be provided to members before consultations begin.
5. Save These Important November Dates

Our first monthly live Twin Doctors Rounds will bring members together for physician-led education and general questions.
Members may submit questions in advance from November 1–6. Identifying details will be removed, and similar questions may be grouped to benefit the entire community.
